Solventum™ – Login Instructions

In this activity, you will log in to Solventumâ„¢ and become familiar with the application start-up page. This introductory activity will help you log in and access the Solventum encoder.

Getting Started

After you log in to the application, open the assessment and follow the directions in the downloaded activity instructions file. The instructions will tell you when to answer assessment questions 1–3.

Select Product

Choose DRGFINDER from the Product drop-down menu to begin ICD-10-CM coding.

Set Grouper

Select Medicare as the Grouper for this example session.

Enter Patient Info

Select Female for Gender and enter 50 for Age at Admission.

Set Dates

Enter February 6, 2026 as the Admit Date and February 8, 2026 as the Discharge Date. The length of stay updates automatically.

After you enter all required fields, the Patient Information screen should match the selections below. Review each field carefully before you continue to ensure accuracy.
